1. Eligibility

• The contest is open to residents of British Columbia who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. Contest Period

• The contest begins on Friday, August 9th, 2024 and ends on Sunday, August 18th, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.

• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prize

• One winner will be selected to receive a gift card valued at $750, which is provided in place of "FREE BEER for a year."

• The gift card is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other goods or services.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on Monday, August 19th, 2024.

• The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form within 7 days of the draw date.

• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Namor Cabinets reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. General Conditions

• By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Namor Cabinets, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

• Namor Cabinets reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time without prior notice if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Namor Cabinets' reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest.

• By participating, the winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and submitted review for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Namor Cabinets is not responsible for any technical issues, failures, or any other event outside of Namor Cabinets' reasonable control that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted.

• Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with any third parties without the participant's consent.
